Customer Service Staff

Wendy is our Customer Service Supervisor, making sure your visit is as pleasant and efficient as possible. She is a 1986 graduate of Cheltenham High School and attended the Philadelphia College of Bible for 2 years, until 1988. She joined our staff in October 2003.

Wendy says "The biggest honors in my life are being a mother to my three beautiful daughters and a wife to my wonderful husband of 20 years". The family pets include four rescued cats: Riddler (Melissa's black & white male), Sapphire (Dan's black female), S'mores (Emily's black & white male) and Westley (Megan's orange & white male). Newest rescued arrivals are Mickey (Megan's) and Twilight (FINALLY, Wendy has a cat of her own!)

Although Wendy's primary interest is raising her daughters, she also enjoys traveling, especially on cruise ships.

Rachel joined our Customer Service Team in Sept 2008. A native of Philadelphia, she graduated from Wilkes University with B.A. in 2006 and would like to continue her education in the future to pursue a degree in one of the fields of animal care. She is also CPR and 1st Aid certified.

Rachel and David live in Warminster with their Pug puppy, Jack. Back home with her mom are Heidi, a boxer, and Sophie the cat. Their are also four goldfish, named One, Two, Three and Four.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, tennis, dancing, and caring for Jack. She is also interested in learning to cook and bake. Rachel loves to spend time with her niece and three nephews.
